[Important] Notice regarding postponement and rescheduling of "Da-iCE 10th Anniversary Live House Tour 2024" Zepp Haneda performance

Regarding the Zepp Haneda performance of "Da-iCE 10th Anniversary Live House Tour 2024" scheduled to be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, we have decided to postpone and reschedule the performance in consideration of the safety of our customers, in light of the announcement of public transportation operation plans due to the impact of the approaching Typhoon No. 7.

We deeply apologize to all the fans who purchased tickets and were looking forward to the performance, for any inconvenience caused.

The rescheduled performance will be held at Toyosu PIT on Thursday, September 19th.

For customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, we will refund the ticket price. Details regarding ticket refunds and ticket resale will be announced at a later date.
Please keep your ticket in a safe place as it will be required for the rescheduled performance or in case of refunds.

In addition, since Toyosu PIT is a venue that does not allow for 2nd floor reserved seats or 2nd floor standing, all customers who have tickets for 2nd floor reserved seats or 2nd floor standing for Zepp Haneda performance will be eligible for a refund.
Furthermore, we apologize for the inconvenience, but due to system reasons, all tickets purchased through the AnyPASS STORE (official resale) will be "cancelled."
Your tickets will be invalid and cannot be used for the rescheduled performance, so please be sure to apply for a refund.
However, please be aware that those individuals listed above will be given priority in the selection process when the items are resold.
Regarding the rescheduled performance, after negotiations with the venue, we were unable to arrange for the performance to take place at the same venue, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

We are very sorry to everyone who was looking forward to the Zepp Haneda concert on Friday, August 16th, but we have made this decision to prioritize the safety of our fans. Thank you for your understanding.

There will be no merchandise sales or events around the venue on Friday, August 16th. Due to the high risk of inclement weather, we ask that you please refrain from coming to the venue.
