We would like to inform you that the details of the official AnyPASS resale have been decided.
 
[What is AnyPASS Official Resale?]
The official resale service allows people who can no longer attend an event to give up their tickets, and allows people who want to go to purchase those tickets at the regular price.
The official resale of "Da-iCE ARENA TOUR 2025 -EntranCE-" will be through "AnyPASS STORE."
 

・Those who can no longer attend the event
You can easily list tickets for performances by simply selecting them from the My Events section of the AnyPASS smartphone app. If a sale is made with a potential buyer, the ticket price will be paid by the AnyPASS STORE.
 
・Those who wish to purchase tickets through resale
If you access the "AnyPASS STORE" during the resale period, you can purchase tickets if they are currently on sale.

*Please note that when purchasing the "ai Fastest Advance Reserved Seat (with acrylic plate pass)" and "ai Fastest Advance Reserved Seat" from the first round of ai's fastest advance sales, "fan club membership authentication" is required at the time of purchase, and non-fan club members cannot purchase.
*Admission is free for children aged 3 and over. Children under 3 are only allowed to sit on a child's lap. (However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.)
*Door opening and performance start times are subject to change.

*Only ai members can issue, distribute, and enter the ai Fastest Advance reserved seats.
⇒If you are an ai member and your membership expires before the performance date, you will need to apply for renewal.
⇒ Non-members who are using tickets at the ai advance price will need to join Da-iCE OFFiCiaL FUN CLUB ai by the performance date.
*You can join on the day of the performance, but the procedure may take some time before you can enter the venue. We ask that you join in advance if possible.
*If you have purchased tickets for your companions through AI's Fastest Advance Reserved Seats service, please be sure to distribute the tickets to your companions (AI members) by the day of the performance.
AI Fastest Advance Reserved Seats (with acrylic plate pass) and AI Fastest Advance Reserved Seats cannot be distributed to non-members.
 
■ Regarding tickets with acrylic plate passes
*The acrylic plate pass that comes with the merchandise ticket will have a total of eight different designs, with different photos, dates, and venue names for each performance you attend.
*Acrylic plate passes will only be available at the venue on the day of the event. Please note that they cannot be mailed at a later date.

[How to list on the official resale site]
 
Anyone who has a device that can use the smartphone app "AnyPASS" and has purchased tickets through the [Resale Reception] and has issued the tickets using "AnyPASS" can put them up for sale.
 
*Only the purchaser can list the item for resale.
*If you wish to resell your companion's tickets, please do not distribute them to them, but rather list them yourself.
*Even if you list an item, it does not necessarily mean that it will be completed.
*If the resale is not successful, the ticket will be automatically returned to the original seller at the top of every hour after the resale ends for each performance.
We will also notify you by email at the same time.
Even if you have not received the email due to notification settings or domain restrictions, your ticket will still be returned, so please check the app.
Please note that if the resale is not successful, the ticket price will not be refunded.
*Depending on the processing status of the ticket, it may take some time for the returned ticket to be reflected in "My Events" in the app.

(2) Distributing tickets (if the purchaser is selling their own tickets)
If the purchaser is unable to attend and you wish to sell their tickets, please first distribute all of the tickets to their companions.
*Please note that if the purchaser puts their own tickets up for sale without distributing them first, the tickets for accompanying persons will not be able to be distributed.
Also, if a companion returns the ticket after the resale for the purchaser has been completed, the ticket can still be put up for resale, but please note that the ticket cannot be redistributed to another companion.
*When distributing tickets, please distribute them in order from the top of the screen displayed on the "My Event" ticket list screen.
Please note that if you allocate seats too far apart, they will not be seated next to each other.

(3) Sell your tickets
Click the [List] button on the "My Event" ticket list screen
 
(4) Agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to the next step.
 
(5) On the ticket listing screen, set the number of tickets to sell and the conditions, then click the [List] button.
*The number of items to be sold can be set in increments of one item within the number of items purchased.
*Once the listing is complete, the ticket will be displayed as "On sale" on the "My Event" ticket list screen.
 
(6) Register the account to receive the ticket price
Please register the bank account to which the ticket price will be transferred when the resale is completed. Please see here for registration instructions.

*If the transfer cannot be made due to an error in your registered account number, etc., a retransfer fee (550 yen) will be deducted from the amount you receive when you retransfer, so please be careful not to make any mistakes.
*Only the purchaser can sell the ticket. If the person who received the ticket (accompanying person) is unable to make the purchase, the ticket must be returned to the purchaser and the purchaser must sell the ticket themselves.
