4. Agree to the listing terms and conditions, set the number of items to sell and the conditions, and list the item.
*Once the listing is complete, "Listed" will be displayed on the ticket list screen.
*Listings can be set on a per-item basis. If you are distributing items, only "Sold Individually" can be selected.
* You can cancel your listing before the resale is finalized.
*You cannot specify a buyer when listing tickets for resale. Customer information for tickets sold through resale will be kept private and will not be accessible to either the seller or the buyer.

[Notes to keep in mind when listing items purchased by a buyer]
*If you are unable to purchase the tickets yourself and need to sell them, please distribute all tickets to your companions first.
*If, after the resale of the purchaser's ticket is completed, the accompanying person who has the distributed ticket returns it to the purchaser, the ticket will become the purchaser's and remain in their possession.
The tickets you have left cannot be redistributed to your companions.
*When distributing tickets, please distribute them in order from the tickets at the top of the screen displayed in "My Events" in the AnyPASS app. Distributing them with gaps in between will result in seats not being next to each other.
 
[Important Notes Upon Completion]
*The amount transferred to you will be the ticket price minus the system usage fee (2,640 yen per ticket).
*If the resale is unsuccessful, the ticket will be automatically returned at 0 minutes past the hour after the resale ends for each performance. Please check the AnyPASS app for details.
*If the transfer fails due to an error in your registered account number or other information, a handling fee (550 yen) will be deducted from the amount when the transfer is resent. Please be careful to enter the correct information.

*Ticket transfer and resale are prohibited.
*If you require wheelchair access for your visit or viewing, please contact The Company at 03-3479-2245 (weekdays 10:00-18:00) within one week of payment. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate wheelchair requests received after this deadline.
*In the unlikely event that a performance is canceled or postponed, travel expenses, transportation costs, and fees will not be reimbursed.
*We are unable to accept gifts or flowers.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers before or after the event, entering restricted areas, or ambushing or following them on public transportation.
*During the performance, please refrain from leaving your seat, moving around, talking, or engaging in any behavior that may disturb other audience members.
*The designated free drink menu includes alcoholic beverages. Drinking and driving, and underage drinking are prohibited by law. We cannot serve alcohol to those arriving by car, motorcycle, or bicycle, or to minors. (We may ask for identification to verify your age.)
