The "a-i members-only quota" of the "numbered admission ticket" will be made by "advance reservation system (by drawing lots)" using the electronic ticket system for each schedule.
We also have a "free admission slot" for non-a-i members on each schedule, so please use this if you are not a member.
*We will guide you to 1 slot for 25 minutes.
*There is no shop visit of producer Hayate Wada in "Free admission ticket". We appreciate your understanding in advance.

■Precautions when visiting

・We will make sure that the numbered ticket is not a screenshot when you enter on the day. Those who resell or give away screenshots are not allowed to enter. Those who have been found to have committed fraud will be refused participation in future events.
・If you are accompanying a disabled customer, please contact the online store "how official store" (https://how-official.com/pages/contact) in advance. The number of attendants is limited to one person.
・If the store is closed or business hours are changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, the spread of epidemics, or unforeseen accidents, the relevant reservation quota will be invalid.
In this case, we will not compensate you for any expenses related to your visit (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
